Service providers

Foyer uses service providers for the purposes below. Each receives only the information needed for its role, may use it only to provide services to Foyer, and must protect it with protections the same as or equal to those described in our Privacy Policy. The data processed depends on the features you use and your settings.

Telephony, text messaging, and real-time communications	Receive and connect calls, provide phone numbers, and deliver verification codes by text message.	Phone numbers, call and connection metadata, live call audio, and verification messages.
Speech and AI processing	Generate speech, transcribe live or stored call audio, screen and summarize calls, and provide Call learning when enabled.	Text Foyer speaks; live or stored call audio; transcripts; screening context and instructions. Call learning sends bounded, best-effort-redacted connected-call transcript text and is enabled by default where available; the owner may turn it off. Redaction can miss sensitive information.
Hosting, security, databases, and private storage	Operate and secure the service and store account and call records.	Network requests, operational service data, account details, settings, contacts, transcripts, summaries, and retained voicemail or call audio.
Authentication	Verify identity and provide account access.	Account identifiers, name, email address, your Google profile photo if you sign in with Google, and authentication tokens or credentials needed for the sign-in method you use.
Location lookup	Check the ZIP code or city you enter so Foyer can offer a local phone number.	The ZIP code or city text only, without your name or account details.
Notifications and email	Deliver account messages, call notifications, data exports, and opted-in product messages.	Email addresses, device tokens, delivery state, message content, and any call excerpt or time-limited media/export link included in the message.
App distribution and payment processing	Distribute the app, process in-app subscriptions, and maintain billing and historical payment records.	Account, purchase, transaction, and subscription information. Foyer does not receive your complete payment-card number.
Website analytics	Measure website use only with your consent.	Consented website events and technical data, campaign fields, referrer host, and landing path. See our Privacy Policy for the analytics notice.

We do not authorize service providers to use call content for advertising or to train general-purpose models. Our Privacy Policy explains data use, retention, and your choices; our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains health-related call content.

Questions and changes
