Private beta · iPhone and web

The calls that matter.
None of the noise.

Foyer is a personal AI call concierge for professionals. It answers unknown callers, learns who they are and what they need, then brings you in only when your judgment is actually required.

Keep your current number and carrier. Foyer works through call forwarding during beta.

That defensive habit stops spam. It also hides the doctor, a client’s new assistant, the school, the delivery desk, and the opportunity you were waiting for.

A private front desk for your number

Your phone can be open for business without being open to everyone.

Foyer does more than match numbers against a spam list. It has the short conversation you would have had, applies your rules, and leaves a useful record.

01

Understands the reason, not just the number.

Unknown callers explain who they are, who they represent, and why the call matters. Foyer asks follow-up questions and learns caller details that can be saved to Contacts.

One host. Different doors.

Contacts can ring through. Legitimate strangers can be reviewed. Voicemails are transcribed. Blocked calls are turned away and filed.

Live decisions, without taking the call

Stay in the meeting. Still make the decision.

When a legitimate caller needs a quick answer, Foyer can notify you and hold the conversation. Tap a suggested reply or tell Foyer what to say. Foyer speaks your answer to the caller and keeps your private guidance between you and Foyer.

  • The full request in the notification, subject to your iPhone preview settings
  • Suggested replies, or type your own instruction
  • Listen to the live call with your microphone muted
  • Answer the call or send it to voicemail at any time
  • Enabled per account and off by default during beta

Live decision help is optional. Turn it on, then teach Foyer which kinds of requests deserve your attention.

Built for consequential calendars

Your caller does not need your attention. They need an answer.

Foyer is designed for people whose public, professional, or business number attracts more demand than one person should have to absorb.

Executives & founders

Protect the focus block.

Clients and deal flow get through. Cold outreach explains itself to Foyer, not to you.

Doctors & attorneys

Keep context attached.

Office confirmations, intake, and time-sensitive requests arrive with identity, reason, and transcript.

Public-facing professionals

Be reachable, selectively.

Use a warm personal greeting or stay anonymous while Foyer quietly validates what a caller knows.

“I no longer have to choose between being available and being interrupted.”

The promise behind Foyer

Designed for trust

A concierge hears a lot. So restraint is part of the product.

  1. 01

    Recording notice, built in

Every opening must tell callers the call is recorded. Custom openings are checked at save time and repaired if the required notice is missing.

  2. 02

    Your private context stays private

Foyer can use what you teach it to judge legitimacy without confirming household, family, schedule, or relationship details to a stranger.

  3. 03

    No sale of call data

Call records exist to operate your service. Website analytics is consent-gated, Global Privacy Control is honored, and advertising cookies are not used.

  4. 04

    You remain in control

Pause screening, change call rules, clear history, export data, or delete the account. Forwarding can be undone at any time.

Good questions

Before you hand over the front desk.

Do I have to change or port my number?

No. During beta, you forward calls from your current number to a private Foyer line. Your number, carrier, iMessage, and ordinary device behavior remain yours.

Does every legitimate call interrupt me?

No. You decide which contacts go straight through, which unknown callers Foyer screens, and which actionable requests may ask you for a live decision. Live decision help is optional.

What if I lose reception?

The app keeps the last synchronized call log visible and tells you it is reconnecting, so a temporary network loss does not replace useful history with an error page.

Can different contacts get different greetings?

Yes. Personal answering is opt-in per contact. A selected contact can receive a specific voice, greeting, and instructions; everyone else follows your default rules.

Is the call recorded?

Foyer transcribes screening conversations and may retain voicemail or audio according to your settings. The caller is notified in the opening. See our live Privacy Policy and Terms.
