Invite to Foyer Terms

Effective October 17, 2026

These terms apply to Invite to Foyer: when you share or use a Foyer invite code or invite link. They supplement the Foyer Terms of Service.

Be transparent when you share. Tell the recipient that you may receive a Foyer benefit if they become an eligible customer. Invite benefits reward a successful introduction, not a public rating or review.

1. Eligibility and attribution

The member who shares an invite must have an account in good standing. The invited person must be new to Foyer, use the invite code or link when they sign up, and meet the offer conditions shown at signup. Attribution normally goes to the first valid invite attached to the account and cannot be moved after a benefit is earned.

2. Free months for new members

Every new Foyer member receives a free month. A new member who joins with a valid invite code or link receives one additional free month. Free months come before you choose a plan: no payment is needed until you choose one, and the app shows when your free period ends. The Foyer iPhone app shows plans and prices before you choose a subscription.

3. When a member earns a free month

Signing up is not enough. You earn one free month for each person who joins with your invite code and then actively uses Foyer for about their first month, as determined by Foyer. There is no limit on how many people you can invite or on how many free months you can earn this way. The app shows the people you invited and the months you have earned separately.

4. Benefits

A free month or other benefit may be provided as plan time, complimentary access, an offer code, or a service credit. The exact benefit, eligible plan, expiration, and availability are shown with the offer. Benefits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be combined when an offer says they cannot. Taxes arising from a benefit are the recipient's responsibility.

5. Prohibited conduct

6. Enforcement and changes

We may withhold or reverse a benefit associated with refunds, chargebacks, abuse, fraud, or a violation of these terms. We may cap, suspend, change, or end the program prospectively. A previously earned benefit will not be removed merely because the program later changes, except in cases of abuse, error, or legal requirement.
